Memorial Day display in downtown Bethesda (Photos)
The construction site for the future Solaire Bethesda made a patriotic statement for Memorial Day weekend, flying the Stars and Stripes from the tower crane high above the Crescent Plaza condos. This is best known as the former site of the historic Eastham's Servicenter on Wisconsin Avenue at Woodmont Avenue.
Stop oversaturating your photos.
ReplyDelete11:20: Hello, same old troll. Stop being so grumpy and, as you like to say, "resentful" about the extensive photographic content on this blog. And stop saying things you you're not brave enough to say in person hiding behind "Anonymous".
DeleteOversaturating photos? Why, them's fightin' words. Put up your dukes!
ReplyDeleteOr, alternatively, snipe with inane comments while hiding behind "Anonymous" identity. Standard m.o. for the MoCo political machine.
DeleteDyer doesn't seem to know what the word "oversaturated" actually means. He thought that 11:20 AM was saying that he posts too many pictures per article. (Which is also true, but improving lately.)

7:01 AM"
There is no such thing as too many pictures. Seeing is believing.
For multiple photos, it's better to have a slideshow than post them all in the article. There was an article a few months ago in which Dyer posted 40 photos. It took a ridiculously long time to load the article. The mobile version of this site uses slideshows, I don't understand why the "regular" version doesn't do the same.
ReplyDeleteThat said, quantity is not quality.
7:27 AM Curious what you use, as I've never had any tech issues or slowed loading due to content from this site and I don't use anything new or fancy. I rather enjoy the format. Prefer scrolling. Slideshows can be irritating.
