Cyclist struck at Westbard Ave. & Ridgefield Rd. in Bethesda
A cyclist was struck around 3:15 this afternoon at the intersection of Westbard Avenue and Ridgefield Road. There is no word yet on the victim's condition.
Was there any indication of fault?
