Any intel on Cafe Deluxe in Bethesda? They supposedly are staying open chain-wide. Thanks for these reports, Robert.

The troll isn't getting cabin fever, he's in his element, staying inside trolling Robert's blog. He has a fever for Robert's blog. What a weirdo.

@9:20am - I'm hoping! I don't want my only choice to be the Barfing Dog!

    Update us, Dyer!

You folks all know how to look up a phone number on Google and then make a call to that number, don't you? That will be a lot quicker than waiting for Dyer to post, if he ever does.

  9. 11:33: Wake up - I've been updating the list all morning. Cafe Deluxe is not open. Speaking of "calling that number," no Starbucks in Bethesda in answering the phone. Nobody's been "waiting for Dyer to post", but instead getting the valuable information this site has been providing during every storm.

  10. 11:14: Smoke BBQ says they will be open all weekend. I've added it to the list. Thanks for mentioning it.

After two hours of nothing, looks like my post finally got a response from Dyer.

    You're welcome, folks.

  13. 11:44: Wrong, I've been updating the list all that time. You're a delusional troll. Can't you help some senior citzens by putting your time toward shoveling instead? I guess you're just too low energy.

Gringos and Mariachis will be open by six (according to Sia the bartender) if they aren't open already.

  17. Rock Bottom has been our dinner out through many weather disasters and power outages. Who has heard the rumor about it having some kind of special priority on the grid because of the office building above it?

  18. 12:44: I think they were going to, but they tweeted about 20 minutes ago that they changed plans and will be closed tonight. Olazzo will be open, though.

Update on the microwave in Dyer's mom's basement - it will remain unavailable until he shovels the damn snow in the damn driveway and sidewalks, else MoCo Machine's gonna fine us.

Update on the troll: he STILL has nothing better to do than spend all weekend writing nasty comments, guess his momma never taught him any better.
