Storm J closes, Smart Toys reopens at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda

Despite how it feels, Bethesda and Montgomery county are not perfect. How else can you explain a world where a smart, progressive toy store like Tugoh Toys closes while an eyesore dumping of problematic sweat-shop merchandise manages to reopen.
It would have been better if you had avoided cropping the name of "Smart Toys" in the first picture.
