Police release video of alleged downtown Bethesda burglar (Video + photo)

Montgomery County Police have released more information, and a surveillance video, from the July 7 burglary at 6900 Wisconsin Avenue. Police say the suspect in the case was let in by a member of the building's cleaning crew, and then gained access to the offices of Reliance Funding. The time of day of the suspect's entry was not given by police.

An employee of Reliance Funding, a structured settlement and lottery jackpot buying firm, discovered the office had been burglarized and called police. When officers arrived they identified a suspect from a surveillance camera's footage.

This is the same building that houses the U.S. Post Office. Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest and/or indictment for this felony crime.
