Bethesda construction update: Element 28 luxury apartments (Photos)

Construction of Kettler's Element 28 luxury apartment tower continues to approach the finish line. That includes the glowing leaf sculpture at street level, 101 apartments, and 3500 SF of retail space. Element 28's official address will be 100 Commerce Lane, across Old Georgetown Road from the Bethesda Metro station.

    Not sure what I think of the public art, but overall this is definitely a better looking building than The Lauren. It's also much better than that weird vacant building with the bizarre mural of New York City.....

    Why do you keep track of when people post? As far as Dyer obsessed, look in the mirror to see Dyer's #1 fan.
