Dyer pronounces that word "fuh-KAYD". LOL
I sure hope they are expensive

Not bad. Much nicer looking than the Lauren. Not a fan of the step down though towards Arlington.
The step down helps bridge the gap in density between this building and the single family homes on the other side of Arlington. I don't mind it so much. It is much better than the Lauren though. It's nice to see when legitimate developers build their projects, much better than other "jv" projects in Bethesda.
It's ok, dormitory-ish. Not near as attractive as The Lauren.
@847 potato, potahtoh - Dyer can't afford either
Neither can you. Your point?
@ 10:40 - Do YOU have a point?
Um the obvious
Notice the question mark?
My point is to ask the question why it matters.
It lessens the strength of the insult when you can't afford it either
Ugly and unimaginative.
Oh I certainly understand why there is a setback, just think it looks not so great.
So you're a fan of decades old Miami deco pink stucco?
I'm a fan of not having everything look the same.
