Target has put up its first official signage to announce its scheduled March 2017 arrival in downtown Bethesda, and that it is currently hiring. Meanwhile, a departing tenant on the same level of the Shops of Wisconsin is raising the question of whether the Target store may expand into that space, as well.
The Healthy Back store, adjacent to Target's space, is closing permanently.
How will Target make any money if everyone in Bethesda is about to have a bad back?!
ReplyDeleteRobert how come you are yet to report on the plans for Strathmore?

Downtown Bethesda residents are counting the days until Target opens!
ReplyDeleteTrump is already bringing jobs to Bethesda!
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame that I'll never go there. Parking there is so awful that it'll just never happen.
ReplyDeleteThe public parking lot just thru the alley is the best option as I see it.
ReplyDeleteI had a parking spot in a private lot on Stanford for years (for work) and the worst is when people are picking up their kids. One lady blocked the only entrance to our lot for 20 minutes one afternoon. Just locked her car and left it. The light there was so welcome.
The light has completely ruined that section of Wisc.
DeleteThis will never work. Parking, crappy center, you name it.
