Kenwood cherry blossoms at their peak (Photos)

Cars filled with cherry blossom lovers inched bumper-to-bumper through the streets of Kenwood yesterday, as the trees were at peak bloom. Fortunately, information suggests that Montgomery County did not close down and fine any children's lemonade stands Sunday.

I'm so glad that the MoCo Cartel policeman is there to protect the kids running the lemonade stand from the Loitering Weirdo.

Megalomania is a mental illness. People with megalomania have delusional fantasies that they are more relevant (important) or powerful than they truly are. They have inflated self esteem and overestimate their powers and beliefs.

6:38 PM Fits Hans perfectly. Remember, he claimed to have single handily defeated George W. Bush and was the brain behind Obama. Sounds like megalomania to me.

Even the Washington Post said Hans had no accomplishments :)

  5. You've just witnessed again a self-proclaimed Helpless Hans Riemer supporter attack, dox and threaten my family. This is unprecedented in Montgomery County history, for family members of a candidate to be attacked and threatened by operatives of an opponent.

The troll's comment has been screen-captured.

The message to the public is that if you challenge the political machine, you and your family will be threatened.

First question to Riemer in the debate: does he disavow the threats against Dyer by Riemer supporters?

Hopefully he can answer that one without peeing his pants again.

  11. 9:15: Hey, creep, can you explain for us why you would be researching and threatening my family? This is going to be a major scandal for the Riemer campaign this year. So, self-proclaimed Riemer operative, tell us why and how you came to be the first person in MoCo political history to research and threaten members of a candidate's family?

  12. 7:43: No one in my family has ever been arrested. Hans Riemer has been arrested, as a simple Google search can reveal. But can you tell us why you would be researching members of my family, as opposed to just me? What relevance do my no-criminal-record-whatsoever family members have to the public discussion? Before this goes to the authorities and media, can you just give us your take and rationale for conducting background checks on and threatening members of a candidate's family?

There is nothing like standing beneath a canopy of cherry blossoms in the Kenwood neighborhood. Thank you for bringing them to us all. They are ethereal and lovely.

  14. Being arrested for peace-fully protesting something that harms his constituents is actually a plus, not a negative. It IS the 21st century and all.

I'm sure if you ever got arrested for, let's say, peace-fully protesting the cemetery issue, you'd proudly wear it like a badge.
