TTR/Sotheby's moving into Bethesda Row
TTR/Sotheby's International Realty has put out a calling card for its imminent arrival at Bethesda Row. The real estate firm is taking over the Make Meaning space upstairs at 4809 Bethesda Avenue. They've installed some "Coming Soon" window screens.
No comments allowed on the PEPCO article? I guess Dyer got tired of deleting comments noting that project has been going on for nearly two weeks - it didn't just up and start Tuesday night.
This is a nice addition to downtown. Just a small footprint at grade, and filling a large vacant office space above.
Not a true retail store, but I assume they will at least have some street presence on Bethesda with some real estate video screens and a perhaps a receptionist/waiting area at grade. This will help reinforce Bethesda as a desirable place to live and highlight the wide variety of housing options.
