What was previously in the location they are planning to occupy?
ReplyDeleteThis is effectively a relocation since the store at NoBe Market in North Bethesda is closing. I don't really see how this is an improvement though.
ReplyDeleteI suppose they'll see more foot traffic, but Rockville Pike (especially the stretch from the R'ville Town Center to the former White Flint mall) is really the hub of furniture/décor retail for Montgomery County and beyond. All of those retailers benefit from clustering near each other.
