While the realignment of the road was not the idea of developer Regency Centers, you can see here how it will create a view directly onto the Phase 2 apartment building that will replace the existing strip mall retail center structure in these photos. The road project, which will replace the first block of Ridgefield Road, is expected to be completed in September 2023.
