That’s a good price for a Turkish Pizza Joint ! I’m sure the new owners can change the type of Pizza they make though…………if they stay with Pizza.
That is my favorite take out pizza. I hope there will be a continuance of the menu.
What's rent there, $20k a month? How many pizzas does that require?
Not sure that basement is a workable events or food store venue if the photos of it were included in this sale listing. Storage for sure though.
