Trader Joe's bldg or South of it?
Could it be that someone wanted to go out for coffee?
Lots of NiH offices in that building, likely a NIH gubmint hanger-on wanted another day off.
Yeah that must be it, commit a federal crime just to get a cuppa' Joe or $10.00 froo-froo drink.
Trader Joe’s in the Woodmont Triangle is in an Apartment Building.
Copy that.
