Fairmont Grill out before even opening in Bethesda

The long-awaited Fairmont Grill Dry Aged Kitchen won't be opening after all, at least not at 4940 Fairmont Avenue. A For Lease sign has now appeared in the window, before the restaurant even served its first steak. It's been 23 months since the Fairmont Grill announced it would be opening in this spot. With window coverings obscuring the interior all that time, it's unclear what construction work was performed, if any.

Now *that's* efficiency. Cut out all the demanding work in between and go straight to shuttering the place.

look at their website. It's a.i. gibberish and says it's located a 5 minute walk from Tetrakovskaya Metro station which is in Moscow. A scam from the beginning. Even their banner misspelled their website address.

What this associated with the place next door? I thought the two places next door share similar ownership, and they seem to be doing OK.

“The long-awaited Fairmont Grill Dry Aged Kitchen” Long awaited by whom? I can’t find any buzz about this place, and only one article on this site two years ago, which had similarly skeptical reader comments.

They finally wised up to the truth that doing business in MoCo is a no-brainer - if you have no brains, you might try it.
