The permanent sign is up at Fuse Taco at 4903 Cordell Avenue in Bethesda. It's a unique and sharp-looking sign, especially lit up after dark.

Inside, a wall mural has been unveiled, which resembles the menu graphics. Fuse Taco will open March 20, 2019. Here's a sneak peek at the globally-inspired taco menu:

Fuse Taco, which is taking over the former Bold Bite space at the corner of Norfolk and Cordell Avenues in Bethesda, has set an opening date. The new restaurant will open to the public on March 20, the owner announced Thursday.

Here's a sneak peek at the interior of the future Fuse Taco, located at 4903 Cordell Avenue in Bethesda. They've kept the basic layout and seating arrangement that was used by previous tenants Smashburger and Bold Bite.

I have a brief update on Fuse Taco, which is moving into the vacant Bold Bite space at 4903 Cordell Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The tacos on the menu will be "inspired from cuisines around the world," according to the owner.. Beer, wine, and a limited cocktail menu will also be served. The restaurant is targeting a January opening, but stay tuned for an official opening date.
