Montgomery County planners will give landowners in the White Flint 2 Sector Plan area an opportunity to brief the public on any future plans they have next month. Each landowner (or his or her representative) will have 5-10 minutes to deliver a presentation, according to planner Nkosi Yearwood.
Yearwood notes that not every landowner necessarily has a redevelopment plan at this time.
Equally important, civic associations can send a representative, who will be given the same amount of time to discuss any topic of importance to their neighborhood.
The meeting will be at Luxmanor Elementary School (6201 Tilden Lane) at 7:00 PM.

Popcorn ready and waiting... If it takes as long as it has (White Flint) to get a shovel to hit the ground, I won't be holding my breath.
I'm not going to lie, I am curious about how Randolph Hills and Nicholson/Parklawn Drive are going to change.
