Clark Construction to be contractor for 7272 Wisconsin/Apex Building redevelopment

Clark Construction has been selected by Carr Properties as construction contractor for the redevelopment of the Apex Building property, located at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda. Banners for Carr and Clark have been posted at the site, about five days after demolition fencing was erected around the building. Clark Construction is headquartered just up Wisconsin Avenue at the Bethesda Metro Center.

    Clark may not be the general contractor for construction. The site is currently only in the demolition phase, and the developer has not decided whether to immediately move forward with the vertical components of the project.

    Carr and Clark have a long, multi-generational relationship. You can bet that Clark and Carr are the team for this project.
