That's just ten days from now. It would seem that this announcement was made some time ago.

This is fantastic! What lots does this development include? Just the Wisconsin side or Woodmont also?

Pipe dream for the delayed 8008 to merge with 8000? I remember 8008 showed photos of the backside how there will be a tiny courtyard/light tunnel if the building behind it goes up. Is this directly adjacent to 8008 on the Woodmont side?

9:05 AM 8008 was designed with the eventuality of 8000 being redeveloped. I believe that's why one side of 8008 wasn't going to have full windows since 8000 would be right adjacent.

9:05 here. I remember they showed plans with a little space with windows on the south face between the two buildings on the Woodmont side. So that’ll be a tall narrow dark column.

"Hans wants to be Robert Dyer"? That's the funniest quote I heard, maybe for all time on here.

Hearing Robert try to pronounce "1uesadilllllla" is so awesome - please go to YouTube and watch his Taco Bell "quesadiila" review - straight Napoleon Dynamite. It's pronounced "deeee yahhhhh" - the L's are silent.

And Robert complaining about the 40 cent sales tax on your tacos at Taco bell is also priceless, along with blaming the so-called "cartel" for it.

Robert, maybe you do need to get paid, buddy - start charging advertising for your businesses if you really have the numbers that you claim read it. Do that and I promise the 40 cents sales tax won't be a wallet breaker at Taco Bell for you, boss.
