Watch out for resurfacing work on some of the inner roads on the property of Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda. It appears that much of it is being done at night, as workers were getting set up to start prior to sunset last night.

Photos taken around 8 PM. The construction workers went home several hours earlier.
7:57am Dyer was actually there.
What is your source? To believe you, we'd have to believe you were at the mall all day it AND after it closed.
If you were there all day, I want to present you with my official MoCo MallRat award.
8:19am you're claiming, without evidence, that all workers left by the time of the photo.
Meanwhile Dyer reports otherwise and workers are still on site in his photo.
Do you care to revise and apologize?
I'll still consider you for a golden MoCo MallRat award if you answer satisfactorily.
Where are all the workers hiding in the three photos above? You poor retard.
8:55AM There are clearly workers in the first image. I'm surprised you missed it.
9:20/9:25AM
Dyer still got more votes than you :)
I saw the title and thought "Resurfacing" was a new pop-up dermatology shop.
"Pop-up dermatology shop" reminds me of "Dr. Pimple Popper" on YouTube.
