Update: Pepco now estimates restoration of power by 12:00 PM
Bethesda-area residents are being greeted with a power outage for the third morning in a row today. Right now, 66 Pepco customers in Glen Echo are in the dark. Pepco says a crew is on-site, and they estimate power will be restored by 10:00 AM.
