Dim Sum & Bubble Tea to replace Class 520 in Bethesda

Dim Sum & Bubble Tea is taking over the space just vacated by Class 520 at 4941 Elm Street, at the Shoppes of Bethesda. The permanent sign has been installed over the storefront, and was already lit last night. Although the Class 520 sign is gone, the "Teriyaki Ice Cream" sign under it has been left in place, perhaps suggesting they will continue to sell the ice cream roll product. There are no social media or web pages for the restaurant as of this writing.
