Leasing of three retail/restaurant spaces in the ground floor of the future 4909 Auburn Avenue apartments has begun. Two of the spaces face Auburn, and the third fronts onto Norfolk Avenue. Two have venting to accommodate restaurant use. Delivery of the shells of the three spaces is anticipated for spring 2024. KLNB is the broker with the listing.
