Fairmont Grill Dry Aged Kitchen is "opening soon" in downtown Bethesda. It will be located at 4940 Fairmont Avenue, in the Woodmont Triangle neighborhood. A coming-soon banner has been installed on the front of the building, which was previously part of Positano Ristorante Italiano. Fairmont Grill's menu will be focused on steaks and seafood.

Does a Dry Aged Kitchen need a kitchen? There is no kitchen in 4940 Fairmont Ave, just historic private dining rooms.
