KONST Siematic is clearing out its showroom display kitchens at 7550 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda. Don't expect bargain basement pricing for these high-end German kitchens, however. Sample prices for entire displays are $262,734; $105,093; $170,899; and $68,359. KONST Siematic opened here in 2014, shortly after the office building was fully renovated.
