THE STRANGER SIDE OF TASTE OF BETHESDA 2012 (PHOTOS)

Saturday's Taste of Bethesda was arguably the best one yet.  The weather was not 100% perfect, but no one who attended last year's monsoon-afflicted affair was going to complain.  It doesn't hurt that more and more great restaurants keep opening in Bethesda, but as the event grows in scale, Bethesda Urban Partnership has managed to meet the challenges.

While the dining takes center stage, one of the more intriguing aspects of Taste of Bethesda is the colorful cast of characters (and vehicles) you will encounter in the Woodmont Triangle.

With that in mind, here's a photo gallery of some of the more unusual moments from Taste of Bethesda 2012:

TASTE OF BETHESDA 2012 TO BE HELD OCTOBER 6!

Save the date!

Bethesda's biggest annual event, the Taste of Bethesda, will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The festival will again include the Back to Bethesda car show at Chevy Chase Cars, and Rescue Day at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad.  Admission is FREE; food tasting tickets are sold in $5 sets.

Join Bethesda Urban Partnership and Bethesda's best restaurants in celebrating the cuisine of downtown Bethesda.  Hopefully, the weather will be much better than last year!
