What's going on behind the wall at the future site of the new 2nd District Montgomery County Police station at 4823 Rugby Avenue? Mostly grading, and the installation of underground utilities. A pedestrian detour has been created in front of the site to compensate for the sidewalk closure there.

Haha it's pretty standard. Anyone who disagrees with Dyer about anything either:
a) is/works for Hans Riemer
b) works for Bethesda Magazine
The sad part is that Dyer might actually believe the outlandish stuff he says.
And Dyer seems to believe that a) and b) are one and the same.

Elm, do you even know how to read these analytics? I'm an SEO manager moving to the area and it would be interesting to know you understand them.
3rd party non integrated analytics are notoriously bad and inaccurate.
I do enjoy this blog for sure though. I just wouldn't read into any analytics unless it's from the source and then only if you know how to read them.
10:01 AM I never said third party analytics are perfect, but if you want to compare with other sites it's the only option.... unless folks are going to turn over their analytics data. Not gonna happen.

Actually the professional industry completely disregards public 3rd party analytics data as complete and utter crap. So, Elm, yeah.
