The U.S. flag over the Auburn-Del Ray (Montgomery County Parking Garage 36) parking garage in downtown Bethesda is tattered, and one of the strands is caught, preventing it from flying properly in the wind. This has been the case since at least April. As you can see in the above video, the County flag is blown straight out by the wind, while the American flag cannot unfurl properly.
Apparently the County Council doesn't get around here often,
except when touring by bus at Westbard. And even then, they drove right past multiple violations of the County sidewalk shoveling law along Westbard Avenue and Ridgefield Road - some in front of County property - and took no action.
