The proposed 7-story building would house 98 assisted-living residential units, and about 2,957 SF of retail space. 22 of the units would be designed for specialized memory care patients. Brightview says residents would receive personalized daily care services, including meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation and concierge assistance. Staff would also provide opportunities to socialize, as well as plan events for residents. The building design includes a rooftop deck.

Glad to see this part of Woodmont Triangle see some development to go along with Gallery.
This seems like it would be a great place to live as an elderly patient. I think that knowing the best ways to help those who are in need of any kind of assistance can be a huge help. Something that stands out is that you mentioned that there are parts of this facility that can cater to those who are having memory problems overall. Thank you for sharing.
