Sarah Nouri New York is opening a boutique in the Friendship Heights area of Chevy Chase. The bridal and evening gown designer will open the shop at 5471 Wisconsin Avenue at the Collection at Chevy Chase. "Coming soon" signage has been posted in the windows of the future storefront, which is located between Tiffany and DePandi. The 1866-square-foot boutique is anticipated to open early this summer.
