A power outage last night impacted businesses in the office building on Woodmont Avenue at Bethesda Row at the height of the dinner hour. Spanish Diner, Philz Coffee, Mon Ami Gabi, Bethesda Row Cinema, Fish Taco and Joe & the Juice were among those impacted, as all are located in the ground floor of that building. A Pepco crew responded to the scene, but it was 8:45 PM before power was restored, and by then many prospective diners had found other accommodations or returned home.
