Monterey Apartments sold, rebranded as Arrive North Bethesda

The Monterey Apartments at 5901 Montrose Road in North Bethesda has a new owner, and a new name. Property owner Monterey North Bethesda Investors, LLC sold the building to another shell company, CPS Monterey, LLC, for $133,800,000, according to Maryland real estate records. The latter shell company appears to be an entity operated by Trinity Property Consultants of Irvine, California. TPC manages apartment properties across the country that all share the Arrive brand, including one in Silver Spring, and this property is now rebranded as "Arrive North Bethesda."

The reviews left by people who live in this Giant Apartment Building don’t seem too good. Maybe the name change will help………

Who would want to live in this building after the circumstances surrounding the fire that killed that girl at ARRIVE SILVER SPRING back on February 18!?!?!? No way!

What I am trying to find out is the name of this building WAY back in the 1970s. It used to be a totally different building. It also had a popular restaurant in it as well. Anyone know???
