Eat Sprout opened yesterday at 4926 Elm Street at Bethesda Row. The growing Maryland-based chain offers ready-to-go meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Menu items include oat bowls, chia puddings, smoothies, and acai bowls, artisanal breads, and scratch-made salads and spreads. Entrées include honey pot chicken, herb-crusted salmon, and turkey sloppy joes. Operating hours for Eat Sprout are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM seven days a week.

I saw some pictures elsewhere. Yeah, looks very good. Bring on the healthy and non-chain crap. Although, I wish Shake Shack had opened where Call Your Mother is going. Call Your Mother is non-chain and local too as I think of it. So, that'll be legit.
