Andy's Pizza is now open at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda. One reason this is exciting news is that they serve award-winning, authentic New York-style pizza. The second is, you can buy it by-the-slice if you prefer. As much as I revere Sbarro as a classic denizen of American mall food courts, this is a much higher quality product. Look for Andy's Pizza on Level 2 of the mall, in the Dining Terrace food court by CAVA and Chipotle.

Best addition to any food court. Pizza is universal and Andy's is not only very good but their idea of hot and ready slices, fast-casual style, is brilliant. I never thought I'd say this about brussel sprouts but there's are incredible. With all the turnover at that food court, this won't be one of them.
Andy's is the area's closest thing to NYC pizza, according to my NY ex-pat friends. Helpful hint to Andy's Montgomery Mall management: you'll need a much larger napkin dispenser.
