The Mercury at Wildwood, a new mixed-use development, is rising over the parking lot at 10241 Old Georgetown in Bethesda. Sixty apartments will stand atop three ground floor retail spaces when the building, which is super-close to the Wildwood Medical Center, is completed. One of the retail spaces has been leased to Calico, an interior design and window treatment retailer. A Q4 2024 delivery was anticipated, but you can draw your own conclusion as to whether that may be a tad optimistic at this point.
