COURAGE.B BOUTIQUE POSTS COMING SOON SIGN (PHOTOS)

Courage.b Boutique has posted a "Coming Soon" sign at its future Bethesda Lane location.

But, as you can tell from the bare bones interior in these exclusive photos, it won't be opening any day soon. The space was formerly home to another boutique, lou lou, which has moved across the lane.

BRUCE VARIETY "COMING SOON" SIGN UP AT NEW WOODMONT LOCATION IN BETHESDA (PHOTO)

Talk about "yesterday's news."  The Washington Post and Gazette (also owned by the Post) are trumpeting the new location of Bruce Variety I wrote about January 14(!!) as a brand new story. Give credit where credit is due, man.

Not only did I have the word before it was official all the way back on January 9, but Bruce Variety itself put an official announcement in their window about the new Woodmont Avenue location a long time ago, too.  My original post had a huge number of hits, so it's unlikely many people are fooled that this is a new story.

What is new, is this Coming Soon sign that just appeared in the window of the new 8011 Woodmont Avenue location.

MATHNASIUM OPENING IN FAIRMONT AVE. STOREFRONT (PHOTOS)

Another Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row Exclusive

Here's a leasing update from Old Town Bethesda:  Professional math tutoring company Mathnasium is coming to Fairmont Avenue.  The tutoring center will take over the storefront next to the future Take 5 Boutique.

Mathnasium provides children struggling with math a diagnostic evaluation, and then tailors a custom learning program.

This is good news for students and parents in Bethesda, and a convenient location.  Of course, for the rest of us who might have been hoping for an interesting new restaurant, or specialty store, this is a bit of a letdown...
