NEXT PHASE GROUP EX GYM HOLDING OPEN HOUSE TODAY, GIVING AWAY FREE PASSES

Stop by the new Next Phase Group Ex Gym today in Bethesda to tour the facility, and you might score a free class pass. Next Phase Group Ex is a classes-only gym located on the Plaza level of The Metropolitan/Bethesda-Chevy Chase Services Center building at 7610 Old Georgetown Road.

Next Phase doesn't have membership fees, so take the classes you want without obligation. Classes and disciplines include Zumba, cardio, yoga, "Burn and Firm," and "Hard Core." They also have special programs for golf players, youth and teens.

Bethesda's newest fashion house, Take 5 Boutique, is holding a Valentine's Day-themed open house this Saturday, February 9, from 2:00-7:00 PM.

Attendees will enjoy Champagne, Godiva chocolates, and light fare from Levante's.  There will be music, style tips, a chance to browse exclusive, international fashions only available at Take 5, and a special Valentine's gift with a purchase of $250 or more.  No purchase is necessary to attend, however.
