Renovations planned for Montrose Crossing Chick-fil-A

The Chick-fil-A at 12001 Rockville Pike at the Montrose Crossing shopping center is planning a renovation of the building's interior. A new ceiling will be installed, and the indoor seating furniture will be updated. Work is expected to begin by fall. It's hard to believe, but this Chick-fil-A location is already nearly twelve years old.

They were not granted a permit for a drive-thru as I understand it. Dumbest thing ever. Their whole business is centered around the best drive-thru by industry. And that location sure would benefit from one.

They have 30 spots for curbside delivery from mobile app. Same thing.

Lots of politikin' comes with that chikin'
Not too long ago they even had problems with local politics at the liberal neighborhood level in DC too. It's bad enough for businesses here because if the liberal mindset but the Cathy family really makes their mush heads implode. Closed on Sunday, the horror!

You’re right. The curbside spots are actually better as you can treat them as both a drive-thru and also sit there and eat your food while listening to podcasts or taking phone calls or work meetings in your climate-controlled car without worrying about drive-lane traffic or other people.
