The logo signage for The Charles apartment tower at 7342 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda has been installed. Last night, it was already lit up after dark. The property's official website is accepting submissions for an "interest list" of prospective tenants. Developer Greystar anticipates the first residents moving in during Q4 of 2025.

I drive along Montgomery Ave multiple times every day and this has really been a challenge for several days now. Glad the temporary lane closure is nearly over. Workers this morning looked like they were removing some equipment there and soon will be taking the fencing down. It looks like the brick sidewalk is already done so this should be opening quick.
