Butcher's Alley opens expanded store on Bethesda Avenue (Photos)

A larger selection of foods is now available at Butcher's Alley on Bethesda Avenue, now that they've opened the expanded part of their store. Taking over the old water store next door, they've added a cheese section in the new space, and many more meat products. It appears more is on the way, too, as some display shelving remains empty.

Butcher's Alley installs signage at expanded Bethesda shop (Photos)

Butcher's Alley has installed its permanent awning signage, as it expands into the former water store at 4961 Bethesda Avenue. The cow 🐮 is still there next door.

Having more space will create room for a new artisan cheese 🧀 shop, as well as a larger selection of charcuterie and fresh meat. 🍖

Butcher's Alley opens in Bethesda (Photos)

Butcher's Alley, a new market offering fresh meat, local dairy products and eggs, and handmade, grill-ready burgers, has opened at 4961 Bethesda Avenue. It is a new venture from its closeby neighbor, Pesca Deli.

As you may know, a stand-alone butcher shop is hard to find in this area, outside of grocery stores and a few delis. So this is a great addition to the neighborhood. Like Pesca Deli, it is located on the EuroMotorcars block of Bethesda Avenue.
