Is it true there is some covenant prevnting self check-outs in this mall? It's the only Safeway and CVS that doesn't have self check-out, and that seems like quite a coincidence.
7:08 AM There are CVS's without self checkout in Rockville Town Square, Rockville Pike, etc.
