Renovations are ramping up on the plaza behind 2 Bethesda Metro Center, as property owner Chevy Chase Land Co. continues to update the building for the current office market. You can see the new canopy being constructed between the rear entrance to the office tower and the annex on the plaza. The annex will now have two floors, and will house conference space and a new fitness center for tenant use.

Just wondering, as 2023 draws to a close, if Robert will begin a tradition of identifying a Bethesda Person, Place, and/or Trend of the Year.
