Montgomery County police responded to a report of a burglary at a construction site in Bethesda on October 14, 2025. Officers arriving at the scene in the 10400 block of Fernwood Road found evidence of forced entry. They determined property had been taken.
Police believe the break-in occurred between 3:30 PM on October 13, and 6:40 AM on October 14. They say they have no descriptions of the suspect(s) involved. Police identified Telligent Masonry as the victim. Telligent Masonry is a subcontractor for Whiting-Turner on the Grandview senior living project that is being built on the site of the former Marriott International headquarters.
