The finishing touches are on the 5-story condominium building at 4825 Montgomery Lane in downtown Bethesda. This building contains 4 luxury units, each comprising an entire floor of the building. The ground floor of the stick-built project houses 4 individual, private garages, one for each resident. It's been interesting to watch this unusual and unique project come together over the last 18 months. Also interesting - you're not allowed to smoke within 25 feet of this building.

4825 Montgomery Lane is rounding into shape, with the private garage doors now installed for each future resident. If you're new to this building, this is the one that has four units - and each unit takes up the entire floor it is on. So four units, and four matching garage doors. Don't try to glide the Rolls into the garage just yet, though. There's a moat of sorts there until they connect the driveways to the street.

I wonder if this building was pre-sold prior to construction. There's no website, and no real estate listings for the units just months prior to delivery. Given the exclusive nature of the building, it certainly wouldn't be surprising.

The future luxury condominium building at 4825 Montgomery Lane is all lit up, including the garages. While it almost looks occupied, much is left to be done on the building. The 5-story structure contains 4 condos, each occupying their entire respective floor, and private garage spaces on the ground level.

Here are some photos of the latest progress at the 5-story luxury condo building at 4825 Montgomery Lane. It's interesting to see how the design turns out, from a smaller developer taking on big firms like Toll Brothers and StonebridgeCarras. Each floor of this building will be a single condo, with private elevator access directly from the garage into the unit.

You can now get an idea of what the facade design of the future luxury condos at 4825 Montgomery Lane in Bethesda will be like, in these new photos from the construction site. I like the nautical theme portholes. Perhaps it will be a good fit for yacht-owning tenants. Just to refresh your memory, this is the building where each floor above the ground level garages consists of a single condo unit - about as exclusive as it gets.

Let's return to the site of one of Bethesda's more exclusive, ultra-luxury condo projects at 4825 Montgomery Lane. Since my last update, you can really start to see the bones of the building facade taking shape. 

While the amenity list is not yet public, what gives this building a greater exclusivity than rival The Lauren, is that there will be only 4 owners in the whole building. Each level of the top four stories will be one condo unit in and of itself. 

Private garages will be on the ground level, and private elevators will whisk you directly up to your unit. Meaning that, if you want to ask your neighbor if he or she has any Grey Poupon, you'd better catch 'em before their Rolls disappears into their garage.
