Here are some photos of the latest progress at the 5-story luxury condo building at 4825 Montgomery Lane. It's interesting to see how the design turns out, from a smaller developer taking on big firms like Toll Brothers and StonebridgeCarras. Each floor of this building will be a single condo, with private elevator access directly from the garage into the unit.

Does that mean each condo has a separate elevator shaft?
Usually you have a keycard that'll take you direct to your unit via the elevator.
Wish a unit was for sale and the public could get a peek at the inside of one of these things when it is done.
Everyone wants to be a owner of a luxury condos.I have dreamed to buy a luxury condos. I have seen some luxury condos in Miami Beach.

In Manila, Admiral is one of the luxury condos. Located near Manila Bay, where you can see the beautiful sunset. So for me, if you want a manila luxury condo go for Admiral Baysuites.
