I wonder if this building was pre-sold prior to construction. There's no website, and no real estate listings for the units just months prior to delivery. Given the exclusive nature of the building, it certainly wouldn't be surprising.

I wonder if you ever thought of calling the developer and asking them that question?
Developer is a bit masked on this one so I don't hold it against dyer. He's a blogger after all. This is a fun update. The way I understand it the builder is taking the top floor for themselves. Cool idea.
Neat little building. Don't have to worry much about your neighbors. :)
