Toll Brothers now has an official schedule for its City Living luxury condo project at Hampden Lane and Arlington Road, near Bethesda Row.
The 60-unit building will begin construction this September.
Toll Bros. will open sales April 14, 2014.
It expects first settlement in March 2015.
The developer anticipates the project will generate $67 million in revenue.

Aww. It just occurred to me that this means my neighborhood vet (Hampden Lane Veterinarian Office) will be shut down. Darnit. I get that there's burgeoning demand for housing, but I sure hope all the new housing doesn't crowd out all the small businesses that make downtown Bethesda have such a walkable village appeal.
That's one of the major flaws with current planning practices in Montgomery County - all of the vets, gas stations, specialty stores, repair shops will be replaced by Starbucks. Which means more driving, not less.
