WALKING THE STREETS OF PIKE & ROSE, PART III (PHOTOS)

Let's take another stroll around Federal Realty's Pike & Rose development, currently under construction at the intersection of Rockville Pike and the Montrose Parkway (hence the name), and see what new details and easter eggs we can find.

What kind of car did Dyer drive to take these pictures? WE DEMAND ANSWERS.

Was it a SAAB?

It was a SAAB, wasn't it?

Bah. Bring back E.J. Korvettes, and that gateway to Purgatory will return to being the little corner of Heaven that it used to be.

"Olive Oil & Vinegar Taproom". They're spending a gazillion dollars on this monstrosity of a development so that the great citizens of Montgomery County don't have to suffer the indignity of going to a grocery store to buy salad dressing? What's next "Salad Green Emporium".

Quite frankly one of the ugliest development projects in the Washington DC area.

Cheap wood frame construction, over developed, and nothing that would attract me to visit. I've only driven by in wonder of what were they thinking.
