Bethesda construction update: Fish Taco (Photos)

There's no official announcement as of press time regarding the opening date of the new Fish Taco location at Bethesda Row. The walls have come down on Woodmont Avenue to review the new lighted sign, and gleaming interior. It looks like they could open any day now.

How were they permitted to install those very large wall mounted light fixtures that overhang the public sidewalk with only about 6' of clearance? Looks like a lawsuit about to happen once someone walks into these lights, and rips open their scalp. Or at least they will get fish tacos for life in an out of court settlement. Some architect, lighting designer or contracto made a big mistake, and the building department has not caught this code violation. Very dangerous!

I hate tall people and I'm glad to see others do too.

Poor Bob the Builder... the purveyors of places like this hates advertising and this is one way to get word out. Bobby can be assured he is on the email list as well. Wonder if that is worthy of apologize now that he is the presumptive candidate?
