Make-A-Wish Foundation Mid-Atlantic headquarters suite goes on the market in Bethesda

I noticed the prominent Make-A-Wish Foundation sign high up on the Kenwood Professional Building at 5272 River Road had been removed from the building. As of this writing, Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic, Inc. is still a tenant of the building, but their current home - Suite 700 - is now listed as available for lease on August 1, 2018.

Either Make-A-Wish is downsizing to a smaller suite, or they must be relocating their headquarters. I have made an inquiry with the organization, and will provide an update as soon as I receive a response regarding their plans. Regardless, their current top-floor 9107 SF space is now available to another potential corporate tenant. The building underwent an extensive renovation of common areas, elevators and exterior paint only a year ago.

Another casualty of the nighttime economy. Thanks Hans

Not a great space for an office. Only a few places to eat lunch, and access into and out of the building by vehicle is a mess directly on to River Road. Also deliveries are difficult as there's only a small driveway in front.

This building was built when traffic on River Road was significantly less than now.

Is Reamer's debate strategy this cycle to call other candidates "retards"?

Wow.

Why is Dyer so obsessed with Riemer? Three other Democratic candidates will also defeat Dyer in November.

Bob the Builder emerged from the basement just in time to see the sign being removed at the end of the day. Wonder if Bob remembers when Make A Wish was in the first floor of an apartment building on Connecticut Ave?

Dyer has a full-time job as manager of the Suburban News Network so don't rag on how he takes photos in the evening.

8:36am Dyer never made such a statement.
Something like that came from your racist mind.

Blame it on the council! They hate kids with cancer! Robert Dyer cares about kids and cancer and puppies and fast food and Fortune 500 and everything good.

Anonymous 830am. You say "retard" a lot. I'm guessing that word has hate when you hear it which is why you say it to others. You're a tool hidding behindna computer screem calling people names. Say that to someone's face and we will have to start calling you that.

10:24am so, you're posting racist comments anonymously and then claim someone else is racist?

1:41pm Dyer was the first to report the accurate Sears closure date.

Despite the erroneous report from our local legacy media!
